What we sell
Editable documents, checklists and templates for landlords and letting agents in England, sold as one time downloads. We also sell a monthly subscription to the Tenancy Agreement Generator, and paid calls with an experienced letting professional.
What we are not
RentRight Kit provides practical information and editable documents. It is not legal advice, it does not create a solicitor and client relationship, and it does not replace official prescribed forms where the law requires one. You are responsible for checking that any document fits your situation. If your circumstances are unusual or a lot of money is at stake, take proper legal advice.
England only
Our documents are written for tenancies in England. Housing law in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is different and our documents are not suitable there.
Your licence to use what you buy
When you buy a toolkit or template you may use and edit it for your own properties or, for the Agent tier, for the properties you manage as a business. You may not resell it, share it, publish it, or pass it to another landlord or agency. One purchase covers one landlord or one agency.
Delivery
Your download link is emailed to the address used at checkout, normally within a few minutes. The link lasts 7 days and works up to 5 times, which is enough for a failed download and a second device. If it expires or you lose it, email hello@rentrightkit.co.uk with your order reference and we will reissue it.
Payment
Payments are taken by Revolut. We never see or store your card details.
Price and availability
Prices are shown on the site and may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may add, change or withdraw products.
Updates to documents
We update documents as the law changes. Buying a toolkit does not entitle you to future versions unless we say so at the time of sale.
The Agreement Generator subscription
Billed monthly at £28 until cancelled. Cancel at any time and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Part months are not refunded. Access codes are issued monthly to subscribers and are personal to you.
Expert calls
A call is a conversation about your situation and is not legal advice. If you need to move a call, tell us at least 24 hours beforehand and we will rebook once at no charge. Missed calls without notice are treated as delivered.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and because these are low cost documents rather than a professional retainer, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for losses caused by you using a document without checking it fits your situation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
