No, it is written for landlords and agents in England, where the Renters’ Rights Act applies. Rules differ elsewhere in the UK.
Pro, Agent and Complete each include your first month of the Agreement Generator free. Your own access code comes in the email with your toolkit and works until the date given there. After that the generator is £28 a month if you want to keep it, and nothing renews by itself. Essentials does not include it.
