The short version. We collect as little as possible. The only cookie is the optional Meta advertising pixel, which runs only if you accept it on the banner. There are no analytics and no other trackers, and anything you type into the Tenancy Agreement Generator never leaves your own device.

The Tenancy Agreement Generator does not send us your data
The generator runs entirely inside your browser. The landlord, tenant and property details you enter, including any tenant names and addresses, are used to build the document on your own device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We could not see them if we wanted to. Close the tab and they are gone, so save your document before you leave.
What we do collect
When you buy something, we receive your email address and the details of your order so that we can send you your files and deal with support. Payment is handled by Revolut and we never receive or store your card details. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
The 30-day plan and the launch list
If you ask for the 30-Day Action Plan on our front page, we keep your email address so that we can send you the plan, one email on the morning RentRight Kit opens (with your discount code), and a short series of emails over the following month about what to do next as a landlord. Those emails can mention our toolkits. You asked us to send them, and you can stop them at any time by replying to any of them and saying so, or by writing to hello@rentrightkit.co.uk; we remove you straight away. We do not pass the list to anyone. It is held in Resend, which sends our email for us.
People who joined the launch list before 15 September 2026 were promised one email, on launch morning, and that is all they get; that list is deleted once the launch offer has ended on 8 November 2026.
If you buy a toolkit we also keep a note of which one, so that we do not offer you something you already have, and so that the email after your purchase can offer the next step. That record sits with your order details and follows the same rules as they do.
Why we are allowed to
We use your order details to perform the contract you entered into when you bought from us, and we keep records of sales because tax law requires it. We send the plan and the emails that follow it because you asked for them, which you can withdraw at any time. The advertising cookie runs only with your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers who make the service work: Revolut for taking payment, Resend for sending our emails, Netlify for hosting, and, only if you accept the cookie banner, Meta for advertising (see Cookies below). Each of them only receives what they need to do their part. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years after the end of the relevant tax year, because HMRC requires it. Support emails are kept for two years. We delete what we no longer need.
Cookies
This site sets one optional cookie, and only if you say yes. When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use the Meta pixel. If you click Accept, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited runs on the page and sets a cookie in your browser (called _fbp). It lets us show RentRight Kit on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site, and see whether those adverts led to a visit or a sign-up. Meta also receives the fact that your browser loaded this page, and uses it under Meta's own privacy policy. If you click No thanks, nothing from Meta ever loads, and we remember that choice on your device for six months so we do not keep asking.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page. There are no other cookies, no analytics and no other trackers on this site. The form that sends you the plan does not use a cookie at all.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to how we use it. Email hello@rentrightkit.co.uk and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
